🏢 Working Pattern: Office-based
💰 Salary: £40,000-£45,000 DOE + Discretionary Bonus
The Opportunity
We're seeking a proactive Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll take ownership of tenant relationships, building operations, maintenance, compliance and service charge management, ensuring assets are operated efficiently and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operation of a commercial property portfolio
- Act as the main point of contact for occupiers, contractors and service providers
- Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, inspections and compliance
- Prepare and manage service charge budgets and monitor expenditure
- Administer lease documentation and support tenant fit-outs
- Ensure buildings remain fully compliant with all health & safety and statutory requirements
- Manage contractor performance, insurance, risk and compliance records
- Maintain accurate property and lease documentation using the property management system
About You
You'll have
- Previous experience managing commercial property
- A good understanding of building operations, maintenance and statutory compliance
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience managing contractors and tenant relationships
- Good Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams)
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
