About the Role
A well-established property firm is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to take responsibility for a varied and high-volume portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values independence, breadth in their role, and being part of a supportive, long-tenured team.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio.
- Manage tenant and landlord enquiries with a professional and solutions-focused approach.
- Prepare and administer service charge budgets, working closely with internal teams.
- Undertake regular property inspections, ensure statutory compliance and coordinate planned and reactive maintenance.
- Maintain a structured, consistent and professional approach to portfolio management.

Who You Are
- Experienced in independently managing a mixed commercial portfolio.
- Strong background in commercial property management with a proactive and professional approach.
- Confident in the preparation and oversight of service charge budgets.
- Well organised, dependable and able to perform effectively under pressure.
- MRICS not essential.
