Senior Commercial Property Manager – West End, London

Our client is an independent commercial property management firm based in the West End, and one of the sector's genuine growth stories. Having built a strong reputation managing everything from single high-net-worth assets to institutional-grade portfolios, they're now scaling fast and looking for a Senior Property Manager to take real ownership of a diverse commercial book. This is a business where decisions get made quickly, ideas get heard, and the people who join early in this growth phase tend to go a long way.

You'll run your own portfolio end to end – client relationships, budgets, compliance, contractor management – and act as a genuine advisor rather than an administrator. There's a mentoring element too, supporting more junior members of the team, and plenty of scope to shape how things get done as the business expands.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Ideally you'll have at least three years in commercial property management with some managerial experience already under your belt, comfortable working across a client base that spans private individuals and institutional funds. MRICS (or working towards it) is a plus, as is a confident handle on property management software. Above all, this suits someone who wants to build something rather than just maintain it.
