Location: Doncaster Salary: £26,000–£30,000
CRA Consulting is delighted to be working with a well-established and growing South Yorkshire law firm in the recruitment of an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with a broad range of commercial property transactions
- Preparing legal documentation and correspondence
- Managing files from instruction through to completion (under supervision)
- Carrying out searches, enquiries, and Land Registry applications
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
- Supporting fee earners with high-quality administrative and legal work
- Maintaining excellent client service throughout each transaction
About You
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Commercial Property Paralegal or within residential conveyancing
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work
- Strong communication and client care skills
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
