The Opportunity
We are working with a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm seeking a Paralegal to join its busy Commercial Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career within a supportive and growing environment, with genuine scope for progression.
The Role
Working as part of a collaborative Commercial Property team, you will provide a high-quality support function to fee earners, helping to ensure the smooth running of matters and the wider department.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing case files efficiently from instruction through to completion
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, handling queries promptly and professionally
- Supporting fee earners with a range of commercial property transactions
- Assisting with administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records
- Contributing to the ongoing growth and development of the team

About You
- Previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant within Commercial Property (preferred)
- Good understanding of commercial property transactions and processes
- Strong communication skills, with confidence in dealing with a broad client base
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop
