Service Care Legal are working with a highly reputable East London firm who are seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal to join their growing team. Please find below further details regarding this position.
Please note that this role would be an office-based position. This position also offers a genuine pathway for progression and a training contract.

The Role
- To assist fee earners with commercial real estate transactions.
- Drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence.
- Carrying out property searches and reviewing title documentation.
- Managing completions, registrations, and post-completion matters.

The Person
- A law-related qualification (LPC, LLM or LLB)
- Previous experience in dealing with Commercial Property would be essential
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
