Commercial Property Partner | High-Quality Work & Established Referral Network
If you’re a Commercial Property Partner looking for a platform with stronger internal relationships, better-quality clients and genuine scope to grow, this is an opportunity to join a firm where real estate is becoming an increasingly important part of the wider business strategy.
The firm is seeing continued growth in property instructions from existing clients across its corporate, private client and media sectors, creating a strong pipeline of work and a significant opportunity for an entrepreneurial senior lawyer to expand the offering further.
The Firm
This is a highly regarded West End law firm with a longstanding reputation across media, entertainment, technology, sport and the creative industries.
The firm acts for a broad mix of entrepreneurs, international businesses, investors, HNW individuals and established brands, many of whom require ongoing support across both their commercial and personal affairs. This creates a highly relationship-driven client base, with real estate work regularly generated through wider firm connections rather than purely external referrals.
Over recent years, the firm has continued to grow while maintaining a collaborative and partner-led culture. It is well known for combining high-quality work with a more agile and commercially minded environment than many larger City firms.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Real Estate team advises across both commercial and residential matters and works closely with corporate, employment, private client and dispute resolution teams on cross-disciplinary matters.
The Role
This is a strategic growth hire within the Real Estate team, working closely with the Head of Department to expand the firm’s commercial property offering. You will advise on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, investment transactions and property finance matters. The client base includes investors, businesses, developers and entrepreneurial clients operating across a range of sectors.
A major attraction of the role is the ability to leverage an already established network within the firm. The wider business generates a significant amount of commercial property work through longstanding client relationships, creating a strong platform for further growth.
You will be expected to play a key role in developing the practice, strengthening client relationships and identifying new opportunities across the firm’s existing network. This is very much a role for someone who enjoys building, developing and having a visible impact on the direction of a team.
