A highly regarded Top 200 regional firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Partner or Senior Associate to join its Guildford office at an exciting stage of growth. With a strong reputation across the South East, an excellent client base and ambitious plans for the future, this role offers the chance for a senior property lawyer to have genuine influence and play a key part in shaping the next phase of the team.

The Opportunity
This is a genuine leadership opportunity for a Commercial Property Partner or ambitious Senior Associate looking for a platform to grow.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Develop and expand your own client base with the support of an established firm
- Advise on a broad range of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant, investment and development work
- Build relationships with regional businesses, developers and investors
- Work closely with teams across the firm to deliver a full-service offering to clients
- Support and mentor junior lawyers as the team continues to evolve
- Have a meaningful voice in the future direction of the Farnborough property practice

About You
You will ideally be:
- A Commercial Property Partner or Senior Associate ready to take the next step
- Experienced across a broad range of commercial property transactions
- Commercially minded with a passion for developing client relationships
- Comfortable taking ownership of matters and building a practice
- Someone who enjoys mentoring others and contributing to team growth
