Senior Commercial Property Solicitor | Partner Designate

Let's get one thing out of the way first... You do not need a client following for this role.

Too many exceptional senior lawyers rule themselves out of Partner opportunities because they think they'll be expected to arrive with a £500k book of business. That isn't the case here.

We're working with a highly regarded North London law firm that already has a strong and established Commercial Property practice, an excellent reputation and a consistent flow of quality work. They're looking for the right lawyer to help lead the department, develop the existing client base and shape its future, not someone to walk through the door with a suitcase full of clients.

If you're an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor who has built a reputation for delivering excellent legal advice, enjoys developing relationships and is ready to take the next step into leadership, this could be exactly what you've been waiting for.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
