About Oya

Oya is the property marketplace dedicated to the food industry, connecting property owners with food vendors across the UK. We simplify the process for both buyers and sellers —helping Landlords lease spaces faster, allowing food vendors to find ready-to-use, food and beverage spaces with flexible contracts, reducing upfront costs, hassle and paperwork.

Founded by hospitality and food enthusiasts who saw too many talented food vendors without kitchens and too many spaces left empty, Oya’s mission is to bridge that gap. With over 3,000 Food Vendors active on our marketplace, institutional landlords joining the platform and no other disrupters in the leisure space - now is the perfect time to join our growing team.

The Role: Commercial Property Sales Manager

In this role, you'll bring the skills of a traditional commercial estate agent to a cutting-edge, tech-powered platform. Your mission: lead both landlord acquisitions, and disposals on behalf of your landlord network. Everything from restaurants, pub kitchens, foodhalls, takeaways to delivery-only kitchens using Oya’s marketplace to match landlords and operators quickly and efficiently. Oya are now working with some of the biggest landlords in the retail, leisure and hospitality sector and we’re looking to supercharge that growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
