Commercial Property Senior Associate - Future Head of Department
The Firm This law firm is a well established business, advising clients across the UK on a variety of matters. They are a firm who emphasises a work life balance and a close knit, communicative team environment.
The Role This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial property solicitor to focus on one FTSE 100 national client, handling their Commercial Leases up and down the UK. You will be responsible for: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial leases Advising on lease renewals, assignments, subletting’s, and licences to alter Preparing and negotiating ancillary lease documents, including rent deposit deeds, agreements for lease, and side letters Advising on Heads of Terms and working closely with surveyors and consultants Providing practical legal advice aligned with commercial objectives Supporting clients with portfolio management and strategic leasing matters Involved in some general commercial property work as well

About You You will ideally have: Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with at least 7 years PQE Strong expertise in commercial leasing to handle a client and caseload autonomously Ability to work independently and manage deadlines remotely Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to client service Strong communication and relationship-building skills
