Location: Midlands (Hybrid)

Are you a commercially minded Commercial Property solicitor looking to take the next step towards Partner-level responsibility? Our client, a thriving Midlands-based firm, is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking a talented Associate / Senior Associate (5+ PQE) to join their expanding Real Estate team.

- Broad commercial property work across multiple sectors, including development and asset management

We are looking for someone who:
- Has 5+ PQE in Commercial Property
- Demonstrates strong technical expertise and confident advisory skills
- Can manage complex transactions and mentor junior colleagues
- Is commercially minded, ambitious, and motivated to progress to Partner
