Commercial Property Senior Associate / Partner - Ipswich

We’re looking for a talented and ambitious Partner or Senior Associate to join our team in Bury St Edmunds. This is a senior-level role, ideal for an experienced solicitor seeking either Partnership or a clear path to Partnership as a Senior Associate.

You’ll lead a local team and play a key role in driving the growth and success of our commercial property offering, while managing a varied and high-value caseload.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Commercial Property team in Ipswich
  • Handle complex transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leasehold matters and property finance
  • Advise on landlord and tenant issues, development sites and investment portfolios
  • Provide corporate support on property-related matters
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with agents, surveyors, accountants and other professionals
  • Contribute to business development and strategic growth initiatives
  • Mentor junior team members and support their development

About You

  • Proven experience managing a caseload and leading client relationships
  • Strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Commercially astute with a proactive approach to business development
  • Ready to step into a Partner role or progress toward Partnership
