Commercial Property Solicitor
Birmingham | Hybrid Working | Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits
A leading Legal 500-ranked law firm is looking to appoint a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join its highly regarded Real Estate team in Birmingham.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and growing practice that advises a broad range of clients, including developers, investors, landlords, tenants, corporate occupiers, and SME businesses. The team is known for delivering high-quality legal advice on complex and high-value transactions, while maintaining a collaborative and supportive culture.
The Opportunity
As part of a successful and expanding Real Estate team, you will work on a varied caseload of commercial property matters and play an active role in building and maintaining strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a broad range of commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
- Acting on landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals, assignments, and licences.
- Supporting development and investment transactions.
- Assisting corporate colleagues on the property aspects of business acquisitions and disposals.
- Conducting due diligence and title investigations.
- Drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial property documents.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
- Contributing to business development and networking initiatives.

About You
Applications are welcomed from solicitors who can demonstrate:
- Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
- Experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters.
- Strong technical and drafting skills.
- Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to client advice.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to working within a team environment.
- A genuine desire to contribute to the continued growth and success of the department.
