An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join a leading regional law firm with offices in Shropshire.

The Role
- Join a well-established team advising a diverse client base that includes businesses, developers, investors, landlords, and owner-managed companies across a broad range of commercial property matters.
The caseload is varied and high quality, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Development and investment work
- Secured lending transactions
- Options, conditional contracts, and overage agreements
- Easements and other property-related matters
This is a role that offers genuine responsibility from day one, while providing the support and mentoring needed to continue developing your technical expertise and long-term career.

About You
- Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with 2+ years' PQE in Commercial Property, although those with more experience are also encouraged to apply.
You'll ideally demonstrate:
- Experience handling a broad range of commercial property transactions.
- Strong technical ability combined with a commercial and pragmatic approach.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive mindset and ambition to continue developing your career.
- A collaborative approach and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
