Commercial Property Solicitor (2+ PQE)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join a leading regional law firm with offices in Shropshire.

The Role

  • Join a well-established team advising a diverse client base that includes businesses, developers, investors, landlords, and owner-managed companies across a broad range of commercial property matters.

The caseload is varied and high quality, including:

  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Development and investment work
  • Secured lending transactions
  • Options, conditional contracts, and overage agreements
  • Easements and other property-related matters

This is a role that offers genuine responsibility from day one, while providing the support and mentoring needed to continue developing your technical expertise and long-term career.

About You

  • Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with 2+ years' PQE in Commercial Property, although those with more experience are also encouraged to apply.

You'll ideally demonstrate:

  • Experience handling a broad range of commercial property transactions.
  • Strong technical ability combined with a commercial and pragmatic approach.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive mindset and ambition to continue developing your career.
  • A collaborative approach and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
