Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) - Bury St Edmunds

We are seeking a motivated Solicitor or Associate to join our growing Commercial Property Team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, commercially focused advice to a broad client base.

You will gain exposure to a wide range of commercial property matters, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold transactions
  • Drafting and negotiating leases, licences and renewals
  • Secured lending and property finance
  • Options, overage and development matters
  • Corporate support on business acquisitions and disposals
  • General landlord and tenant issues

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise within a supportive and highly regarded team.

What We’re Looking For

We are ideally seeking candidates with 3–5 years’ PQE, although we are open to considering applications outside of this range. You should have:

  • Solid experience in commercial property work
  • A strong understanding of relevant legal principles
  • The ability to manage a caseload, with guidance from partners and senior associates
  • A proactive, client-focused approach
  • Excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills

  • Meet and build strong relationships with clients
  • Identify legal issues and provide clear, practical advice
  • Prepare costs estimates and engagement documents
  • Draft legal documents and handle property searches
