Employment Opportunity: Commercial Property Solicitor (Northampton)
About the Role
We’re seeking a passionate and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join our esteemed team based in Northampton.
In this role, you will:
- Handle a diverse caseload including development, sales & acquisitions, landlord & tenant negotiations, and corporate legal support.
- Work with talented colleagues within a friendly, collaborative environment that prioritises professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice to clients, ensuring seamless delivery of outcomes (within legal/regulatory boundaries)
- Oversee the entire client relationship—from initial engagement through billing and payment follow-up
- Draft, review, and prepare legal documentation ahead of meetings & hearings
- Uphold all file management processes, including audit compliance
- Collaborate internally to enhance firm reputation and client satisfaction
- Adhere to legislative/regulatory standards at all times
- Liaise with senior partners on case updates while managing portfolios independently
