A highly regarded Legal500 law firm in Manchester is seeking to recruit a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team.
This is a modern, client-focused commercial law firm with offices across the North West and London. Known for its expertise in commercial property, corporate, employment, insolvency, and litigation, the firm combines high-quality legal advice with a personable, no-nonsense approach and has earned Lexcel accreditation for excellence in practice management and client care.
The firm is looking for a candidate with 1–3 years’ PQE who has ideally gained solid experience within a Real Estate team post-qualification. The successful applicant will have experience in handling a range of transactions, with the ability to work as part of a collaborative team. Direct client exposure is an important part of the role, so strong client care skills and sound technical ability are desirable.

The role will involve:
- Acting on a wide variety of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant, and development work.
- Managing an independent caseload with appropriate support.
- Working closely with partners and colleagues on more complex transactions.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Candidate requirements:
- 1–3 years’ PQE in Commercial Property.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to handle transactions independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team.
