The Role
Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with a strong background across a broad range of commercial property matters? The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives with experience in commercial property, whether gained during a training seat or through up to three years' post-qualification experience. You'll have experience managing your own caseload and advising on a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant issues, residential development sites, property finance, and investment transactions. The successful candidate will combine strong technical ability with excellent client care skills and a genuine enthusiasm for building relationships. An interest in business development and contributing to the continued growth and success of the team would be highly valued.

Salary and Benefits
Salary will be dependent on experience circa £40,000 - £50,000 plus hybrid working upon successful completion of probationary period. Pension scheme, attractive holiday policy and death in service as well as parking to name but a few of the benefits.
