Commercial Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) - Nottinghamshire
Salary: GBP 40,000 – 60,000 (DOE) Job Reference: TL4440
Joining an established team of committed lawyers, this is an exciting and challenging opportunity for a **talented Commercial Property Solicitor to grow their career and realise their full potential.
About the Role
We are seeking Commercial Property Solicitors with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) who are eager to take on a diverse caseload and thrive in a forward-thinking environment. If you excel in providing expert legal guidance and delivering outstanding client service, we would love to hear from you.
As part of our dedicated Commercial Property practice, you will:
- Handle a varied caseload, including both acquisition and disposal matters
- Advise on complex property transactions with a strong commercial acumen
- Integrate seamlessly into our progressive team of specialist advisors
- Contribute to delivering best-in-class legal solutions

Key Responsibilities

Your Profile
Successful candidates will possess:
- Minimum 2+ years’ post-qualification experience in Commercial Property law
- Strong legal technical knowledge with a focus on property transactions
- Excellent commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive, client-focused approach
- The ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
