Job Description: Commercial Property Solicitor (6-8PQE)
Location: Central London
Salary: £85,000-£95,000

About Our Client:
Join a high-end law firm renowned for its commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. Our client boasts modern offices in the West End, with a multi-service offering including property, private client, corporate, litigation, and employment law to a range of high-end clients. The firm has a strong commercial property team consisting of approximately 18 solicitors covering the full range of matters.
Position Overview:
My client is seeking a commercial property solicitor of at least 6PQE, with experience working on a variety of property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development. The candidate will run their own matters, as well as support junior members of the team, and continue to build the team's client base.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development.
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients.
- Prepare and draft legal documents.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice.
- Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal services.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, including networking and marketing efforts to enhance the firm’s profile in the property sector.

Qualifications + Experience:
- At least 6-years PQE as a Solicitor within commercial property.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and efficiently.
- Demonstrated client-focused approach with a strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
