Commercial Property Solicitor / Associate - 2-5 PQE - Birmingham City - Up to £60k + Bonus + Benefits

A rare opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a modern and rapidly growing team in Birmingham City Centre, offering high-quality work with genuinely low chargeable hours.

This Commercial Property Solicitor role in Birmingham City Centre forms part of clear succession planning following a partner retirement, creating an immediate and realistic opportunity for progression within a modern, expanding Commercial Property team.

As a Commercial Property Solicitor in Birmingham City Centre, you’ll enjoy excellent quality work, realistic billing expectations and a genuinely people-first culture focused on long-term careers.

The Role:

  • Advising on a broad range of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals
  • Acting on landlord and tenant matters, including drafting and negotiating leases
  • Supporting development projects and more complex commercial transactions
  • Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
  • Working closely with senior lawyers on high-value matters
  • Acting for developers, investors and occupiers across multiple sectors
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Supporting business development initiatives in Birmingham City Centre

The Candidate:

  • 2–5 PQE Solicitor with strong Commercial Property experience
  • Solid technical grounding across a range of commercial property matters
  • Commercially aware with a client-focused approach
  • Confident managing files independently with support where needed
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and personable approach
  • Ambitious and motivated by clear progression opportunities
  • Experience gained within a respected regional, national or boutique firm
