The Role:
Integral Partner in growing the commercial property practice in Manchester Driving business development and originating new client relationships Advising on a broad range of commercial property matters Acting for local clients alongside major national and international organisations Working collaboratively with partners across the UK and global offices Developing junior lawyers and contributing to team growth Playing an active role in office strategy and wider firm initiatives
The Candidate:
Established Commercial Property Solicitor / Partner, and Senior Legal Director Strong track record in business development and client origination Well connected and commercially aware, with the ability to grow a practice Experience advising on complex commercial property matters Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to build and lead Collaborative approach aligned with a modern, people‑first culture Comfortable working across both local and international mandates Passion for developing teams and mentoring talent
