Commercial Property Solicitor

Commercial Property Solicitor, 2+ years PQE, Greater Manchester, up to c GBP 55,000

A new opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join an impressive team.

Applications Sought

  • Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with at least 2 years' PQE and a proven track record handling a broad range of transactions.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for a varied commercial property caseload to include sales and acquisitions of properties, land, and assets.

  • Ability to work well within a team environment

Additional Information

  • Although you will be provided a busy caseload from day one, the property department has ambitious plans for growth. As such, you will be expected to build your own network of referrers and utilize this to contribute to their growth and success.
