Commercial Property Solicitor NQ+ PQE – Devon (Competitive Salary, DOE)
A well-established and growing law firm in Devon is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its busy and successful property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor (NQ) or someone with a few years of post-qualification experience (PQE) who is looking to build their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
About the Role
The successful candidate will:
- Manage a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant work
- Lease negotiations and renewals
- General development matters
- May also assist with residential conveyancing, ensuring a varied caseload.
