A highly regarded North West law firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor (1–4 years PQE) to join its thriving team.
With a reputation for delivering commercially focused legal advice and an impressive client base, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor seeking high-quality work, genuine career progression, and a supportive, forward-thinking culture.
The successful candidate will join a busy and well-established Commercial Property team that advises investors, lenders, developers, entrepreneurs, and estate owners on a broad range of commercial property matters. The work is varied and engaging, covering landlord and tenant matters, residential and commercial development projects, and complex transactional work for regional and national clients.

The Role
You'll manage your own caseload while working closely with experienced colleagues on a range of commercial property transactions, including:
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Commercial acquisitions and disposals
- Residential and commercial development work
- Property finance transactions
- High-value transactional matters for established regional and national clients
- Building and maintaining strong client and agent relationships
You'll be responsible for providing practical, commercial advice, drafting legal documentation, and ensuring clients and agents receive regular updates throughout the transaction process.
About You
To be considered, you'll ideally have:
- 1–4 years PQE within Commercial Property
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Experience managing client and agent relationships
- Strong drafting abilities and attention to detail
- Confidence working in a fast-paced commercial environment
- Good IT skills and experience using case management systems
