You will manage a varied portfolio of commercial property matters, advising an established client base across a broad range of transactions. The role offers the opportunity to work on high-value, quality work with clients spanning multiple sectors.

Your work is likely to include:

  • Commercial acquisitions and disposals
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Commercial leasing
  • Property development projects
  • Investment transactions
  • Asset management
  • Supporting wider corporate and commercial transactions involving property

About You

We're keen to hear from experienced Commercial Property Solicitors who can demonstrate:

  • Strong experience in commercial property law
  • Excellent technical and commercial judgement
  • The ability to build trusted, long-term client relationships
  • Confidence managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
  • A proactive, collaborative and client-focused approach
  • A desire to contribute to the continued success and growth of the firm
