Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ–2 PQE)
Location: Warwickshire | Firm: Leading Legal 500 Firm Salary: £40,000 – £48,000 + Bonus Working arrangement: Hybrid (2 days in office)
About the Role
An outstanding opportunity exists for a Newly Qualified (NQ) to 2 years’ Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) Commercial Property Solicitor to join a respected firm ranked in the Legal 500.

Core Duties
As part of a thriving and expanding Commercial Property team, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property
- Managing landlord-tenant matters, including drafting leases, lease assignments, and surrenders
- Assisting with commercial refinancing transactions
- Supporting residential development projects
- Advising on purchases at auction
- Facilitating transfers of equity

About You
We are looking for a motivated NQ–2 PQE Commercial Property Solicitor with:
- A strong academic background and deep understanding of property law
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively with clients
- A client-focused mindset with the ambition to grow within a supporting firm
- An organised approach, with proactive problem-solving skills and aspiration to refine expertise
