Commercial Property Solicitor | 3 years PQE Plus
Hybrid | Worcester | £50,000 + DOE
GMP Recruitment Agency Limited are proud to be supporting a highly respected Worcester based law firm recruiting an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE to join our growing and ambitious team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident solicitor who can manage a varied commercial property caseload independently while delivering exceptional client service. We are open to candidates with more senior experience—the key requirement is the ability to undertake high-quality commercial property work with minimal supervision.
The Role:
You will advise on a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
- Commercial acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Commercial leases
- Property development work
- Refinancing and secured lending transactions
- General commercial property advice for a diverse client base

About You:
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in Commercial Property.
- Able to manage your own caseload confidently and efficiently.
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
