JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: 2:4 years
LOCATION: Plymouth
SALARY: up to GBP 65,000 DOE
The Role
This commercial property team advises on a wide range of commercial property transactions, from acquisitions and disposals to complex leases and development projects, so having confidence in these sectors is a must. This role is perfect for someone with strong technical skills and a client-focused approach, who enjoys working on a wide variety of property transactions. Throughout your legal career at this firm, you will be responsible for handling the proceedings of your own caseload from instruction through to completion, with the support of experienced colleagues around you.
It is also essential that you have strong drafting, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to build compelling relationships with clients and other professionals. Clients sit at the heart of this firm so being able to deliver a tailored and personal approach to each client is essential. The successful candidate will also benefit from being part of a collaborative and well-regarded team, with opportunities for professional development, progression, and involvement in high-quality work. The firm is ever expanding and diversifying, covering a wide range of different client bases, allowing for their Solicitors to become acquainted and confident within a varied spread of commercial property matters.

The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from Commercial Property Solicitors with 2:4 years PQE who have a passion for providing the very best client experience and service. You should have well-developed professional and interpersonal skills that will allow you to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, within teams, and other professionals in your field. Being able to demonstrate a deep understanding of technical issues that are key to clients is also required, along with the awareness of business development initiatives in the team which will allow you to effectively contribute within the firm. A good knowledge of PC applications is also required, allowing you to efficiently manage your caseload within the team.
