We are seeking a junior Commercial Property Solicitor to join our legal team in our Banbury office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters for investors, developers, occupiers, lenders, and corporate clients.
The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, sound commercial awareness, and the ability to manage matters with an appropriate level of supervision.

Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Drafting and negotiating leases, licences, agreements for lease, and ancillary documentation
- Managing landlord and tenant matters for both occupiers and investors
- Supporting development and investment transactions
- Conducting title investigations and due diligence exercises
- Assisting with property finance transactions alongside banking teams
- Liaising directly with clients, agents, lenders, and counsel
- Managing transactions from instruction through to completion
- Supporting business development initiatives and maintaining strong client relationships.
Skills & Experience Required
- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
- 1–5 years’ PQE in commercial property / real estate work
- Experience gained within a recognised law firm
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively
- Commercially pragmatic approach to legal advice
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude
