Real Estate Associate | Manchester | Leading Silver Circle Law Firm
A highly regarded Silver Circle law firm is looking to appoint an ambitious Real Estate Associate to join its Manchester team.
This is a standout opportunity to gain exposure to London-quality Real Estate work while benefiting from the work-life balance and culture of a leading regional office.
The role will involve advising on a broad range of complex Real Estate matters, including: Asset management work across a varied property portfolio Sales, acquisitions and financings Drafting and negotiating key transaction documents Advising clients to protect and progress their commercial interests Development transactions, ranging from industrial brownfield site acquisitions through to large-scale town centre regeneration projects
