The Role

You will manage a broad caseload of commercial property matters, including:

  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Property finance and investment transactions
  • Private company acquisitions and disposals with a property element
  • Landlord and tenant matters

This role offers a high level of autonomy, with the opportunity to establish and develop your own client base while working alongside an experienced and supportive team.

The Candidate

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years PQE and strong experience in commercial property law. You will possess:
