Looking for your next step in Commercial Property? A highly regarded and expanding law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its established team in Bishop’s Stortford. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys working on high-quality transactions, building strong client relationships, and developing their career within a progressive and supportive environment.
With a reputation for delivering practical, commercially focused advice, the firm acts for a broad range of clients including developers, investors, business owners, landlords, tenants, charities, education providers and corporate organisations.
The Opportunity Joining a well-respected Commercial Property team, you will work on a varied caseload of matters ranging from straightforward transactions through to complex development and investment work. The role offers significant client exposure, genuine career progression opportunities, and the chance to collaborate with experienced property specialists across multiple offices.

Typical Matters Will Include: Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property Landlord and tenant transactions Commercial leases and lease negotiations Development and regeneration projects Property finance and secured lending matters Asset management work Title investigations and due diligence Drafting and negotiating a wide range of property documents Managing transactions from instruction through to completion
