Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: 5+ PQE
Location: Suffolk
Salary: £Dependent on experience
The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a thriving commercial property team based in Suffolk. Working alongside experienced Partners and senior lawyers, you will manage your own varied caseload while supporting the continued growth and success of the department. You will advise on a broad range of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, investment portfolio transactions, landlord and tenant matters, commercial leases, development projects, site acquisitions and option agreements. The role will also involve supporting corporate transactions with associated property elements, liaising with clients, agents and other professionals, and providing commercially focused advice throughout the transaction process.

The Candidate:
Applications are welcomed from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years' PQE and a solid background in commercial property law. You will have experience handling acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters and development work, together with strong technical knowledge and excellent drafting skills. The successful candidate will be commercially aware, proactive and client focused, with the confidence to manage their own caseload while working collaboratively as part of a wider team. Strong communication skills, the ability to prioritise competing demands and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service are essential.
