The Role
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will work closely with senior members of the team, assisting on a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters. Your caseload will include:
- Investment and asset management work
- Advising both landlords and tenants on lease transactions
- Undertaking property due diligence in support of real estate finance and corporate transactions
- Managing property investment acquisitions and disposals
- Acting for both buyers and sellers across a diverse range of sectors

The Candidate
You will advise a diverse portfolio of clients while working within a supportive, collaborative team that is genuinely invested in your professional development and long-term career progression. Applications are welcomed from Newly Qualified Solicitors through to those with up to two years PQE who have gained broad commercial property experience, ideally at a leading regional or City firm. You should be looking to build your career in a high-quality practice offering excellent training, mentoring, and opportunities for progression.
