4 years PQE + competitive salary dep on PQE, Kent/hybrid.
Will consider applications from Associate/Senior Associate and Partner levels.
This is a truly exciting and unique opportunity for an ambitious commercial property solicitor to join a highly respected Kent team offering genuine progression all the way up to Partner level.
With 4+ years’ PQE, you’ll step into a role that will offer excellent career prospects, working closely with senior leaders, key clients and a supportive, collaborative department that is continuing to grow.
Role Responsibilities
- Handle a varied caseload including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, secured lending and development projects.
- Work with developers, investors and businesses, providing clear, commercially focused advice.
- Support senior colleagues on more complex matters.
- Play an active role in business development and client relationship management, contributing to the ongoing success of the team.
