Commercial Property Solicitor, 2+ Years’ PQE, Bedfordshire, £50,000 to £70,000 DOE plus extensive benefits and hybrid working
Join a highly regarded regional law firm recognised for delivering exceptional client service, high-quality work and genuine career progression. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing Property team handling a broad range of commercial property matters within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a successful and expanding Property team. You will manage your own varied caseload, advising a diverse client base including developers, investors, landlords, lenders, and commercial businesses across a broad spectrum of commercial property matters.
Your caseload will include:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Land and development transactions
- Mixed-use property matters
- Auction sales and purchases
- Secured lending, refinancing, bridging finance
- Landlord and tenant work
- Property transactions involving pension schemes
- Transfers of equity and Land Registry matters

You will work closely with clients and colleagues to deliver commercially focused advice and practical legal solutions.
The Candidate: Applications are welcomed from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years' PQE gained within a reputable commercial property practice. You will have experience managing your own caseload, strong technical expertise, and sound commercial awareness.
