Commercial Property Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive 2:10 Years PQE Gloucestershire Up to GBP 75k DOE

I'm currently working with a highly regarded Gloucestershire law firm that is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (2:10 years PQE) to join its successful and growing property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial property lawyer seeking high-quality work, a strong client base, and a genuinely supportive working environment.
The Opportunity
You will be advising a broad range of investor and business clients on commercial property matters, handling work that includes:
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Commercial leasing transactions
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Investment property work
- Property portfolio management
- Secured lending and refinancing transactions
The firm acts for an established client base and is known for its pragmatic, commercially focused advice and long-standing relationships.

About You
Applications are welcomed from:
- Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives
- Candidates with between 2 and 10 years PQE
- Lawyers with solid commercial property experience
- Individuals who are confident managing their own caseload
- Team players with excellent client relationship and communication skills
