Job Description: Commercial Property Solicitor (5-years PQE+)

Join a quality North London law firm consisting of ex-city lawyers who have taken the quality of work of the City, to the outskirts. The firm is renowned for its commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. Consisting of 5 Partners, 1 Senior Associate, and 2 Associates, as well as a support team, the Commercial Property department is one of the largest in North London, and has a consistent high volume of work.
Position Overview
My client is seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join a dynamic team in Barnet. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling a mix of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, and landlord and tenant.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, and landlord and tenant.
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in relation to commercial property matters.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice.
- Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal services.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, including networking and marketing efforts to enhance the firm’s profile in the commercial property sector.
Qualifications + Experience
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in commercial property.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to commercial property.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and efficiently.
- Demonstrated client-focused approach with a strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
