Commercial Property Solicitor – NQ-5 Years PQE

Salary: Up to £65,000

Location: Milton Keynes

Firm: Long-Established Regional Law Firm

Experience: NQ-5 Years PQE

Work Arrangement: Flexible / Hybrid

Oculus Legal Group is working in partnership with a long-established and highly regarded regional law firm that is continuing to invest in the growth of its Commercial Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ-3 Years PQE) to join a firm with an outstanding reputation, genuine progression opportunities, and exciting long-term growth plans.

Working closely with the Head of Department, you will receive excellent mentorship while developing your expertise across a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload including:

  • Sales and acquisitions of commercial property
  • Land acquisitions and disposals
  • Commercial acquisitions of residential property
  • Grant and acquisition of new leases
  • Lease renewals, variations, and assignments
  • Option Agreements
  • Overage Agreements
  • Pre-Emption Agreements
  • Property refinancing
  • Auction transactions
  • Right to Manage matters
  • Collective Enfranchisement

Requirements

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • NQ-3 years' PQE with experience in Commercial Property
  • A Law degree together with the LPC, SQE, or equivalent legal qualification
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • A proactive and commercially minded approach
  • The ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a supportive team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
