Commercial Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Chartered Legal Executive (3+ Years PQE)

Location: Liverpool
Salary: Competitive + Excellent Benefits

Our client is a well-established and highly regarded law firm that is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Conveyancing Accredited Chartered Legal Executive to join its growing Commercial Property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with at least 3 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) who is looking to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload while working alongside an experienced and supportive team, advising a broad range of commercial clients including landlords, tenants, developers, investors, and business owners.

  • Commercial property acquisitions and disposals.
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial leases, lease renewals, licences, and assignments.
  • Advising landlords and tenants on a range of commercial property matters.
  • Carrying out title investigations and property due diligence.
  • Managing transactions from instruction through to completion.
  • Liaising with clients, lenders, agents, and other professional advisers.
  • Delivering practical, commercially focused legal advice while maintaining high levels of client service.
  • Supporting the continued growth of the Commercial Property department through strong client relationships and business development.

About You

Our client is looking for someone who has:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Conveyancing Accredited Chartered Legal Executive status.
  • A minimum of 3 years' PQE in commercial property.
  • Proven experience handling commercial acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord and tenant matters.
  • Experience using Case Management Systems, Laserforms, and the Land Registry Portal.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
  • A proactive, commercial, and client-focused approach.
  • The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
