A leading and highly regarded law firm in Staffordshire is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its successful Commercial Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious NQ Solicitor looking to build their career within a supportive and collaborative environment. The firm is recognised for the quality of its work, strong client relationships, and commitment to developing talented lawyers, making it an ideal platform for someone at the start of their post-qualification career.
You will join an established team acting for a diverse client base across a broad range of commercial property matters, gaining exposure to high-quality work and excellent mentoring from experienced senior lawyers.
The Opportunity
Working as part of a well-respected Commercial Property team, you will:
- Assist on a varied range of commercial property transactions and matters
- Manage your own caseload, with appropriate supervision and support
- Build and develop strong client relationships
- Work closely with colleagues across the wider firm
- Receive ongoing mentoring and technical development from experienced lawyers
- Participate in networking and business development activities
- Develop your expertise within a thriving and growing department

About You
Applications are welcomed from candidates who can demonstrate:
- Qualified Solicitor or due to qualify shortly
- A seat in Commercial Property during training, or previous Commercial Property experience
- Strong technical ability and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A genuine interest in building a career in Commercial Property
