An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to take the lead of a successful regional team within a growing and highly regarded law firm. This senior appointment offers the chance to influence strategy, drive business growth and lead a talented team while continuing to advise on a broad range of high-value commercial property matters.
The Role
As Head of Commercial Property, you will provide leadership across the firm's regional Commercial Property teams, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional client service while maintaining operational excellence. Working closely with the Head of Department, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the team, deputising where required and supporting the continued growth of the practice. Alongside managing and developing lawyers across the region, you will oversee complex commercial property transactions, provide technical guidance, ensure compliance and risk management standards are maintained and actively contribute to business development initiatives. This is a genuine leadership role for someone looking to make a significant impact within an ambitious and forward-thinking firm.

The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from Commercial Property Solicitors with extensive experience advising on the full spectrum of commercial real estate matters. You will possess exceptional technical expertise together with a proven track record of leading successful teams and developing talented lawyers. You will be commercially minded, confident in making strategic decisions and capable of building strong relationships with clients and professional contacts alike. A well-established local network, entrepreneurial outlook and genuine passion for growing a successful practice will be key to success in this role.
