Commercial Property Solicitor – Senior Associate
Liverpool | Hybrid Working | £68,000 - £75,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing practice with a strong national platform, working alongside recognised real estate specialists on a broad range of investment, development and landlord & tenant matters.
You will become part of an established and collaborative Real Estate team advising a diverse client base including developers, investors, occupiers and lenders across a wide range of commercial property transactions.

The role offers exposure to:
- Acquisitions and disposals of investment property
- Sale and leaseback transactions
- Landlord and tenant matters, acting for both landlords and tenants
- Lease negotiations and ancillary documentation
- Development site acquisitions and disposals
- Development agreements
- Property portfolio management work
- Title review, reporting and due diligence
- Heads of terms negotiations
- Cross-practice transactions involving corporate, banking, construction and restructuring teams
You will also play an important role in supervising and mentoring junior lawyers while contributing to business development initiatives and helping to further strengthen the firm's real estate offering.

Ideal applicants
Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors with:
- Significant experience in Commercial Real Estate
- Strong Landlord & Tenant expertise
- Experience handling a broad range of transactional property matters
- The ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a wider team
- Strong commercial awareness and client relationship skills
Candidates currently operating at Associate, Senior Associate or equivalent level are encouraged to apply.
