Commercial Property Solicitor

Our continued growth has created an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join our Commercial Property team in our Liverpool office. As part of our ongoing investment in the region, this role offers the chance to take a leading position in developing our Commercial Property presence locally, working collaboratively with our established teams in Woking and Winchester while helping to build something new in the Liverpool area.

This is a unique opportunity to become the sole Commercial Property representative in the Liverpool office, giving you real scope to shape and grow the team locally. You will be well supported by experienced colleagues across the wider Commercial Property department, while enjoying the autonomy to develop the role and your practice in the region.

Why Join Us? This role offers genuine autonomy and the opportunity to make the position your own, while benefiting from the expertise, support and resources of an established Commercial Property department. It is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys responsibility, values collaboration and is motivated by the opportunity to help grow a team and a market presence.

Some working from home will be available, subject to departmental needs, and this can be discussed further at interview. We are ideally seeking a solicitor with at least 4+ years PQE in Commercial Property. However, we would also welcome applications from candidates with fewer than 4 years PQE who can demonstrate strong and relevant pre-qualification experience in commercial property.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
