Commercial Property Solicitor
Herefordshire | Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits
A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing Property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with at least 1 years' PQE to join a collaborative and supportive environment, handling a broad range of quality commercial property work for an established client base across the region. The team advises a diverse mix of clients, including local businesses, developers, investors, landowners, and agricultural clients, offering varied and interesting work alongside genuine opportunities for career progression and business development.
The Opportunity
You will manage a broad caseload of commercial property matters, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Development projects
- Property finance transactions
- Rural and agricultural property matters
- Easements, rights of way, and other property-related agreements

Working closely with colleagues across the wider firm, you will play a key role in delivering commercially focused advice and building long-standing client relationships. The role also offers the opportunity to become involved in networking and business development activities, helping to further strengthen the firm's presence across Herefordshire and the surrounding region.
About You
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives who can demonstrate:
- A minimum of 1 years' PQE in Commercial Property
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent client care skills
- A commercial and pragmatic approach to legal advice
- The ability to manage client relationships confidently and effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive attitude and desire to contribute to a successful team environment
- Experience of agricultural or rural property matters would be advantageous but is by no means essential.
