Commercial Estates / Asset Manager – Chester – Fixed Term Contract
Prestigious northwest landlord, who are seeking an experienced commercial property surveyor to cover a maternity leave.
This is a varied client-side role which will involve aiding in the management of a diverse commercial property portfolio. Responsibilities include asset management, lease renewals, rent reviews, lettings, tenant engagement, development opportunities, sustainability initiatives, and supporting the delivery of the wider property strategy.

Key requirements:
- Strong background in commercial property management, estate management and/or asset management
- Experience would be preferred across lease advisory, valuation, agency and landlord & tenant matters
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commercially minded with strong organisational and reporting abilities
- MRICS qualified, ideally
Salary circa £45 - £50,000 (pro rata depending on term and experience).
