Job Description
We are currently working with law firm in Basingstoke who are looking to recruit a Legal Secretary to support their Commercial Real Estate Department on a part-time basis.
You will provide administrative support to fee earners within the Commercial Real Estate team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities Will Include
Opening and closing client files, including obtaining ID and compliance documentation. Arranging meetings and liaising with colleagues. Liaising with clients via the telephone, email or face to face. Assisting with SDLT applications and post completion processes. Using the Land Registry and responding to requisitions. Audio typing. Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.

Desired Skills And Experience
Previous Legal Secretary/Legal Assistant or Legal Administrative experience within a law firm. Strong and efficient secretarial and admin skills. High level of attention to detail. Fast, accurate typing ability, ideally using digital audio systems.

What They Offer
Part Time hours – Monday – Friday 1:30pm – 5pm. Salary depending on experience: £25,000 - £27,000 Pro Rata. Pension contributions and holiday entitlement. Work Social events.
