Role Overview
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Commercial Real Estate Manager to work on a contract basis. This role involves overseeing a portfolio of commercial properties and managing tenant relationships. The position requires a strong understanding of real estate operations and leasing processes.

- Job Type: Contract
- Payout: $40–$65/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize a portfolio of commercial properties to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Negotiate and execute lease agreements with tenants, ensuring compliance with legal and financial terms.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for property acquisition or disposition.
- Oversee property maintenance, vendor contracts, and tenant service requests.
- Prepare financial reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and present findings to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate management or a related field.
- Proficiency in lease administration, property management software, and financial modeling.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills for interactions with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategies to enhance property performance.
- Knowledge of local real estate laws, zoning regulations, and compliance requirements.
